For registration by phone number, make sure you have selected the correct country or region.

For registration by email address, check the Spam first for the email containing the information of security code may be regarded as a spam.

If you have tried several times and still can't receive the security code, it is recommended that you log in to the Mobile Client in visitor mode first and then register an account.

Caution
The password should contain 6 to 16 characters, including letters, numbers or symbols.
The password strength of the device can be automatically checked. We highly recommend you change the password of your own choosing (using a minimum of 8 characters, including at least three kinds of following categories: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and special characters) in order to increase the security of your product. And we recommend you reset your password regularly, especially in the high security system, resetting the password monthly or weekly can better protect your product.
Proper configuration of all passwords and other security settings is the responsibility of the installer and/or end-user.

Configure alarm and event settings for the device on the device's web page.

Check the checkbox to enable the event and then configure the relevant settings such as arming schedule.
